Which hose for the tub / bathing your Hav'

I typically wash Marley in the laundry room sink (when he isn't jumping into my bath, LOL), because it is deep and he can't jump out easily. I have been using a plastic cup, but it's not a very good solution, so I am thinking of buying a hose that connects to the faucet. It should have a button or something by the handle that I can stop the waterflow with, so I don't have to turn the cold and warm water off and on.

Any suggestions?

Gosh, I dunno. I'd go to Home Depot and look around. Lots of cool faucets there. I use a cup when I bathe them in my garden tub.

I have one similar to your first, but I don't think it has a shut off. My laundry tub has two sides so I just keep it running in the other side while I lather him up. I think my DH just picked mine up cheap at a hardware store. Anyway, it makes a huge difference! The cup at a time thing got very old very fast!!

I wash them in the kitchem sink, so I use the sprayer. In my bathtub, I have a shower head that can also be used as a handheld one.

laundry room attachment

You can go to Petsmart and buy an attachment hose that fits your faucet in the laundry room. It has a shut off button and is oerfect for bathing our hav's.
Also, Costco sold a Pet Jet and yoiu can load the soap into it.
Hope this helps.

If you go to http://www.drsfostersmith.com/Produc...1&N=2001&Nty=1 This one works very well and it shuts off. I hope this link works for you.

I bought a short garden hose that I cut off to a convenient length and an adapter to fit it to the laundry faucet, which was already threaded but not the same size as an outdoor hose attachment. It doesn't have a sprayer or any sort of shutoff, but it works fine for us.

I ended up ordering the one from dog.com since I was ordering a bunch of flossies from them anyway. I'll report back! It cracks me up when they show the ad pictures of the dogs just standing there getting hosed done....I wonder why they use water loving labs and not Havanese for those shots?? The people in the shots would be a soggy mess, that's why!
