Oh what a cute little no name--- yeah that is from her saliva from grooming herself-- the bit of white vinegar in her food or a bit of yogurt should help--or the angel eyes. just keep an eye to make sure she isn't licking herself because she is itchy or it becomes obsessive-- then I would go to the vet.
I honestly think it was the bed. She had white paws until she used the new bed and then she suddenly developed pink paws--the next day she had pink legs too. I rubbed the bed with a white washcloth and it turned pink almost immediately.
With some washing all the pink on the legs is gone and the paws fade more every time I wash them. I'll keep the suggestions in mind though in case her paws ever turn pink without dye.
