Colbie starts Puppy - K classes next week and the trainer told us to bring among other items either a bully stick or a marrow bone. (She told us to bring treats as well and other items so I don't think the bully stick or bone is for the reward part of training).

The idea of the bully stick kind of nauseates me so I was wondering if you think something like a buffalo marrow bone would work.

I like this one because it is buffalo based which is the same protein source as her kibble.

It is also sourced from Montana and the bison are grass fed, flash frozen with no preservatives.

Worth a try? Or would I be better off with just going with a bully stick?

not sure, what the bones would be for other than a reward or pacifier. Marrow bones are not the safest. She should have told you to precondition your dog to something along these ideas before. No point in bringing something your dog doesn't enjoy ??? Take something your dog likes. Koodos for taking puppy classes.
