Bad Doggie Part III

Now he's done it. He chewed up my husband's brand new pair of glasses. That's two pair of glasses this week. Luckily, the optometrist is really wonderful and he was able to work with us and it will only be around $140 to replace them.

I really can't blame Gryff at all. He has a history of going for the glasses and DH should really know better. Problem is that he's been sick all week and out of sorts. Hopefully, it won't ever happen again.

I feel your pain. I am now wearing a chewed up pair of readers. No ear covers or nose piece. scratches and teeth bites on the glass area. This is the 3rd pair and it is MY FAULT. I just hate waiting 2 weeks for the new RX. Tell your hubby he can get in the dog house with me, lol

Sorry but sounds so funny to read. I can just picture him having a chewing good time. Do feel bad for you tho. An expensive chew. I guess I am so lucky Molly has never been one to chew anything she shouldn't. I can leave glasses anything sitting around even when she is alone.

Ryan, I totally hear you. He never chews my glasses because they are always on my face. My husband doesn't need his for everything and usually only wears them while watching TV or driving.

I was the bad one in our family. Dora loved my shoes. I will tell you I bought a brown pair of everday heels for work. She ate one of them, but hey they were on sale so that same week I bought the same pair and she ate another one. It took me at least 10 pairs of shoes before I learned to put them away!

My Tito chewed up the 'ears' on my glasses when I had just taken them off before bed. Woke up the next day with glasses on the other side of the room and looking lovely. I blame teething.

My glasses sit a little crooked on my nose...due to Havee. I try to make sure now never to leave them at a height he can get at.
I'm due for a check up but I didn't really want to go the extra $ for new frames.
Pretty soon there's going to be $ in each of his eyes when I look at him

It's a good thing he's so cute...

Oh my gosh!! Your DH must be fuming! I know mine would be!! He's GOT to put them out of pup's reach!
I am soooo lucky my pups are not chewers. They just keep digging up my flower pots.
