He's driving me crazy...
So, cold weather has hit. It got pretty cold over the weekend. We stayed indoors. But now it's back to work, which means pottying outside. And it's -20C.
I got his boots ready and put them on him this morning because he absolutely keeps trying to lift his bare paws off the cold ice and snow and he apparently doesn't have levitating abilities. And I don't blame him, I wouldn't want bare feet out there either! Normally, he's happy as a clam in his boots. Not that he likes putting them on, but he's normally happy outside with them on his feet, even when it's in the -30s.
Not today. Today he's doing his 'try to levitate' routine even with his boots on. He absolutely has to go poop, but won't go when I take him. Then I bring him inside and have to listen to his soft, pathetic, woe-is-me "poop whine" that he makes when he has to go. So, I've bundled up and taken him out there 4 times already and he won't go. He looks at me like I'm some sort of dog-abuser. Then we come back inside and he cries. Plus, since I'm at work it's not like I can take him every 10 minutes.
Argh...I know he'll get used to it...but still, he's driving me nuts!
ha ha
Plus, it's no bloody fun for me to go out in -20 either!
