Worried about Jillee

I just got home with Betzie and Jillee gets soo excited to see her that she jumps on me to see Betzie....well I think she landed on it wrong and she was yealping and crying. She was holding her leg up at me.........so scared. She is limping on it and just laying on the floor. I have a vet appt. at 4:00. I am shaking......I hope she is ok. She did play with Betzie so I think she just landed on it wrong. I will let you know as soon as I get home.

Oh Megan she probably just pulled something or landed on it wrong. Which paw is it front or rear? Sending good vibes to you and Jillee.

Oh no - poor Jillee. It does sound like she just landed wrong but try to keep her quiet until you see the vet. Even use an xpen if you have to. Hugs to you and she. And here's to a positive outcome.

Megan Hugs to you and Jillee! I hope she's alright.

I've had a few incidences with Gucci similar to that, so I know how you are worried, but both times, she turned out FINE.

One time, she under-estimated her jump onto the pool deck and nailed herself right in the chest and knocked the wind out of her (I was SO panicked) But, she was okay.

Another time, she got her foot stuck in the crate (this was the same time she cut her ear on the crate)

no more crate, but dogs will jump and I guess they will get spranged sometimes, too

Thoughts and prayers for you and Jillee, Megan. We had a scare like that once w/Shadow, everything turned out to be just fine, though.

I think she is fine....I just called the vet and they said that she probably landed on it wrong....she is walking fine now....I think it scared her as well too. They said to just watch her and if she is still lipping to call in the morning. It is sooo scary. She jsut wants to lay down but I am having her walk to look at it her. It is her front right leg. I rubbed up and down on her leg and she did not whine. Thank you all soo much....I will keep you all posted on her!!!
