Please Help Me!!!!!

Ok we just got hoome and yet again she got into the cabinet and opened the peanut butter and syrup.....did not eat much of it. My husband is ready to kill her......My mom and dad just came out and helped us clean the carpets. I really think she has a problem. She is going to the vet tommorow. She will be crated from now on.....before she kills herself. I am really frustrated and worried!!!!

Haven't been on in awhile so don't know the history or even which dog. But wanted to offer a 'hug'.

Yikes!
Was this Ginger... who ate all the candy and puked and pooped for hours? Good heavens! And how in the world did she get the top off the peanut butter? OMG. You are going to have to "child-proof" all your cabinets and keep that girl confined.

I am so sorry!!!

Hugs, Jean

You know how older children start acting up when a new baby comes home? I wonder if this has anything to do with Betzie changing the household dynamics and Ginger (is that who's doing pantry raids?) acting out?

It is Ginger our cocker that is having herself a little party.....we think there is really something wrong with her because devours her food and just does not know when to stop. Hubby is getting really upset with her....I had to calm him down.

I have a feeling Jill could be right. She may be feeling edged out with the new addition.

I don't think it has anything to do with the new Betzie.....she has always been a food hound but never like this.....maybe though.

Megan, I think you do need to crate her when you leave the house for her own safety. There is nothing wrong with that, so long as you aren't gone all day. If you need to leave her home all day on occasion, make sure she is still confined to a place where she can get some movement and eliminate if necessary, but remain safe from her own antics. Right now, she doesn't realize it, but she's become her own worst enemy. As her guardian, she needs you to restrict her ability to find harm.
