Now I know how you feel :( I am horrified

Kona got his first "Groom" this a.m. He came back and I was like... where is Kona? This isn't Kona. I asked her to "TRIM" his hair out of his eyes "A BIT". I told her I LOVE his fuzzy look, so I don't want it trimmed OUT of his eyes short, just trimmed back a bit. HIS WHOLE FACE looks completely different. She trimmed his nails, and paw hair like I wanted and I was happy with that, but NOT HIS FACE aw.......I know how you all feel when you feel your babies are so different after a groom. I am sorry, I hope you all don't think I am being whiney, I really am not trying to be... Just sad he looks so different. I also told her I wanted to keep some hair for his puppy book... didn't get any.... And she said, "he's probably thirsty" he's not had any water.... Is that normal??? 4 hours and NO WATER???

Here are a few pics I feel like he's either VERY TIRED after it all or a bit traumatized and mad at me! When I call him over he comes very slowly, with his ears back, (Now ya'll know he's not lacking in the BIG PERKY EAR department) and just kinda looks at me like "WHY DID YOU MAKE ME GO THERE"!!! Did I traumatize him???
BEFORE::::see how fluffy his nose and hair around his eyes are.. I feel like they took ALL the puppy out of him!

See how brown his mask is???? I thought they'd whiten it???

Oh Brooke - so sorry you're unhappy with Kona's new look. Just remember, it's hair and it does grow.

Ditto, the hair does grow back. I know you are unhappy, but soon you will be cursing the blowing coat stage. He looks cute...different, but cute! Kodi was so shaved down, it's a good thing he knew me, because I didn't recognize him.

Ya, thanks for helping me to remember it will grow back. I just wish I felt like he was still my little "puppy angel", now he's my "big boy angel"! LOL I hope the kids aren't like "What happened to Kona"? when they get home today from school LOL
Well, I just am more concerned that he's mad at me, or traumatized.

Brooke, he's adorable. Don't worry. He will start looking more like you expected in a week or two. And he's not traumatized or mad at you. He's happy to be back in your arms.

Cute, cute, cute!!!

Cooper was cute REALLY short in the face last time. It was back in a wk! Bodie got the fur cut out of his eyes like that when we first got him. And it's only been a few wks, and he needs it again.

I think Beamer is always pissed off at me when he comes home from the groomers.. lol. He is initially extremely excited when we pick him up, but once thats over he gets in a pissy mood..hahahaha

I know Kona is still very young.. but once he starts blowing his coat, your going to be begging the groomer to cut him short.. lol.. soooooo
