A warning to those in the Toronto area that may visit this dog park....

Antifreeze poisoning is suspected, so beware!!! Some people are just sick.

Marj, I am so thankful that we decided NOT to go to this dog park to meet Mijo's sister! It was actually her owner who decided to make the drive to see us rather than meeting in the middle. Thank goodness! I hope the dogs get well soon!

I sure hope whoever did that is caught and punished! Who would hurt a defenseless animal?

Poor babies, hope they're all ok.

Stories like this make me sick. I don't understand how some people can be so evil.

just another example how dogs need to be supervised all the time and not just left to run around without attention. Six dogs are sick with liver failure. Antifreeze is one of the most dangerous things because dogs are attracted to its taste. Parking lots are also dangerous if cars are leaking antifreeze. Last winter Toronto also at a different park had someone putting out rat poison in a park and some dogs became very ill . Sickos.
