Havanese and their cats!

I always thought that my cat would rule supreme in the household, until I got Sadie.
Is it a Havanese trait to sort of 'box' like a cat, with their paws, or is it learned behaviour?
They are great friends, but the funny thing is Sadie is scared of my sister's cat, and actually gets chased by her! LOL
Any other Havs out there with their own cat?

Well, my cats want nothing to do with any of my dogs. But Desilu does "box" with Bruce, my Cairn terrier.

I don't have a cat, but when Tess gets excited, those little front paws go as fast as they can.

We have a cat that comes and goes with my adult DD's things. He's been away for a year and just moved back to our house last week. He's a great cat and gets along well with the dogs. Here are the boys and Hojo.

My pup Todd is almost 10 weeks old and he loves to box with my kitty Tucker.
I'll try to get a picture of them playing...it's very cute

Christy - Hojo is great looking. That's so wonderful they get along - MeMe and Buddy are horrible about chasing my old cat. I still haven't figured out why he doesn't just zap them once with his claws. Instead he adds to the fun by turning tail and running. Poor guy.
