I can believe some people.

This dog on pet finder was turned over because he chewed on himself. I guess they did'nt care enough to find out what was wrong or else couldn't afford the med. but he is a doll.

It's a sad fact that some people look at dogs as throw aways if they don't meet their expectations. That is one reason HRI has been so busy this year.

Obviously, I don't know if this is the case, but many times people will employ two different methods to try to find a caring home fast:
1. Downplaying knowledge of other problems (could have other health problems they are not disclosing) and only mentioning the chewing as if that was a problem, but couldn't afford (emotionally or financially) to continue to keep the pup; and/or
2. Using a trivial excuse to tug at the heartstrings of a caring person who will come "rescue" the pup from them.

Granted, this pup has had a screening (I assume since it is listed by a rescue organization), so none of this may pertain to CoCo, but... jus' sayin'...
