Hello everyone! Two weeks ago I picked up my new baby girl! (Daisy)- I had been browsing this forum prior to joining & it really has given me confidence before her arrival. Now that I have her I don't fill like an outsider looking in, I now have a piece of what you all rave about.
I have two other dogs (Lab&poodle-mix) and they love her as much as us. I cannot believe how smart she [email protected] wks old she is potty trained & sits for treats. I saw her studying the others during snack time & within a day she was sitting on command. She is putting alot of sunshine in our lifes! Thank you all!
Welcome and congratulations on your new baby girl, Daisy. Yes, Havanese are so smart (not to mention cute!). Its so wonderful to talk to the many Havanese owners on this forum. When I had my first Havanese over 8 years ago, I didn't know a single person who had one or even heard of the breed. Its so nice that we can now share info on our babies!
GBmom, that's great news! Congrats and welcome to our forum. I agree that there is a lot of wonderful information and advice here. It has taught me a lot too!
Daisy is a great name, I love it. What color is she? She's already housetrained at 11 weeks?! You lucky gal! Ricky wasn't 100% trustworthy until 6 months, but he was only going outdoors. If you have a litter/pee pads indoors, I think it helps a lot. Good for you!
It will be nice getting to know you and Daisy - did you get the hint yet that we love pictures?! LOL

Congratulations on your new puppy!! That is so exciting I agree that this forum is such a goldmine of valuable information. I felt so much more confidence by the time Oreo was here thanks to everyone here
