California Update...Southern Cal that is...
Oh the Santa Anas continue to blow bringing in that hot desert air that fills your lungs and makes you sneeze and your eyes run. Both of my dogs are itching like mad. Daisy so much I clipped her coat today to make sure she doesn't get any bigger mats from the constant biting and itching. Now that her coat is short you can see two huge patches on her chest that are quite red.
The Southern California Havanese Club is having a fun day on Saturday with games for the dogs and prizes. It is a fundraiser for events and rescue.

They are giving Dave Nelson Sue's award from the HCA for sportsmanship and I think I will actually receive the quilt I won too!
The store is slow and we are down to the bare bones staffwise...so I am hoping it starts to snow in the mountains so people will buy skis and equipment for local holidays.
Prosperity and health to all.
And may that poor dog be found today...all our thoughts go to Tritia.
I didn't just get havanese, I got a lifestyle!
