Question Kibble question??

I know this has been asked before, but please bear with me.
I had Duncan on Merrick for a long time, and the last bag,he wouldn't touch,so I introduce Nutro along with the Merrick and he began withthe Nutro and I weaned him off the Merrick.Actually he did the weaning all by himself. After feeding all that was left was the Merrick.
I smelled the Merrick and it didn't smell like it used to so I called the company, and they said they would look into it,and sent me a coupon for a free bag.Gotta love good customer service.
So I have been doing some research on dry food and there are soooooo many out there,so I was wondering whether you all can share your experiences on what brand your dogs enjoy!!
Thank you somuch!

I started Todd out on Orijen and Solid Gold puppy food since they were the only foods that he would eat.
Orijen is really expensive around here though and so a couple of weeks ago we switched again to EVO...he seems to like it and is doing well on it.

You might want to check out http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com for reviews.

Dot~ You may want to think twice about feeding Duncan the Nutro Ultra. I took Tori off it when I read these: Pet Owners Blame Nutro Products for Their Dogs' Illnesses and Illness, Death Dog Nutro Pet Food

She's eating Taste of the Wild and loves it. It's grain free and receives 5-6 stars on the site Daniel posted. I've tried all three flavors and she wasn't too excited about the bison, but really likes the duck/pheasant, and salmon flavors.

Good luck!

Hi Dot,
I have tried every quality dry dog food out there. I have only found 1 that all 3 of my dogs like. That is, Avoderm "oven baked" brown rice and lamb. The 2 boys also seemed to like the Natural Balance Organics. I have tried Core, Evo, Calif Natural, Natures Variety, Nutro, Timerwolf, Orejins, Solid Gold etc etc etc. They mainly get raw twice a day, but I leave the dry out for Bella.

The Merrick was the puppy plate.
See,now you guys know why I decided to ask you not just look at the dog food review websites.
I am grateful to you all for sharing your thoughts aboutthe different foods out there for our pups and appreciate your input.
THanks for the heads up about Nutro.
Like I said earlier I am introducing Natural Balance and so far so good.
Thanks again!
