Talking SNOW IN GEORGIA

We had snow today! Not much but it's so nice to have it here. Tried to get a photo of Scooter outside when it was falling since it's melting as soon as it hits the ground but my son used my camera and didn't charge the battery! If it keeps up I'll try to get a shot. Funny thing though, I put Scooter's coat on him and he wouldn't move! We were cracking up! Goofy dog!

Ann, Cicero wouldn't even go outside!! He stood at the door like Chicken Little...the sky is falling
He has not had a potty break since early this morning. I'm wondering how long he is going to hold it.

Scooter wasn't bothered by it, but I was...I was freezing! I hope we get some more so I can at least take a picture.

Poor Cicero! He's gonna burst if he doesn't go soon!

I think it is SO funny how these adorable dogs have such a unique way about themselves and weather they deem unsuitable for potty-ing! I just have to laugh. Tucker can hold it for over 10 hours during the day if it is raining out. Then, sometimes I just have to carry him out and stand with him!

Dale, I'm laughing thinking of Cicero and "the sky is falling!"

And, Ann, has Scooter moved yet? Or is he still standing out there? Ha!

He never made it out the door! I got the coat on him and then realized my son let the battery die in my camera. He was standing in the laundry room on the rug just staring at us, wouldn't move an inch! Crazy dog!

That was the snow we were supposed to get but I sent it your way instead. Enjoy it while it lasts!

I think our snow "event" is over for now. Hopefully we'll get more this winter!

That's too funny Ann. I can just see Scooter standing there. I would bet that is what mine would do. Especially if I invested money is coats for them.
Vinny and Lulu won't go out in the rain either. I put pee pads down for them but they just tear them up. Maybe a doggy umbrella. Put a harness on them with a doggy umbrella attached? No, if they won't move with a coat I don't think an umbrella would work either.

We didn't get any snow, unless I missed it. Cuba seems to LOVE the rain and inclement weather. He likes to see how wet he can get during a potty trip. He runs in the grass, sniffs the puddles and has a blast. He even rings the potty bell just so he can go out and get wet. I am sure he would love snow too. We might have to go home to Connecticut for a good snow session though.

Yeaaaaa Cicero finally had a good long pee at 8:00 tonight. For 2 hours he would ring the bell but when I open the door he would just look and look and look but wouldn't go out the door. I put a pad in the kitchen for him and he ran and got a toy and got on the pad like he thought I gave him a new bed. Later moved the pad to the sun room beside the door...same thing. At least I now know he can hold it for around 13 hours.

Ann...there was snow in Helen today and we came back to Buford yesterday. I just talked to a friend there and it's snowing now...not enought to measure but everything is white. I do want to know what Cicero would do in the snow -- and now I know I will have to carry him outside myself.
