Failed Login Notification on Havanese Forum

I just received this email notification from the Forums. I appreciate it. I would like the IP address listed to be disallowed from posting at all. If anyone sees anything posted under my name that doesn't look like something I would say, I'd appreciate anyone calling it to my attention.
Thanks,
Tom

Wow. How interesting. I never would have thought someone would do something like trying to enter on a false basis...!

Wow, the kind of mind that would do that is a little scary to me.

Now that's not a very nice thing to do!

I was going to try tracing it, ,then suggest that there are ways to make it look like it's coming from somewhere it's not....but when I've seen this happen before, it's always led to a small European country...not a small town in Michigan.
I'm sorry this happened Tom and it's great to know that there is something set up to notify you that it happened.
Good work again Melissa!

Well, it could always be a spammer wanting to post about viagra or vicadin on Tom's account, but you never know. Anyone can read this forum, even non members.

I don't know why anyone would impersonate someone else, although, I have had someone post as me on another forum but the screen-names weren't the sign in type, anyone could use any name, but the people that knew me, knew it really wasn't ME or anything I would say or do.

or a disgruntled forum member

People who have personality disorders will go to great lengths to "get back" at those they feel have "harmed" them or wronged them in any way.

I hope this character just goes away and finds another cause to hold, like helping someone rather than making mischief.

I didn't just get havanese, I got a lifestyle!
