treats in the washing machine!

Has this happened to you? doing the laundry this morning...happily switching jobs with DH who is out in the snow grocery shopping. putting the darks in the dryer, nicely sorting which ones get hung up to dry, and at the very end, at the very bottom of the washer, is one fully in tact Canz Real Meat Treat.

So I redid the wash... Has this happened to you? did you re-do the wash? I could just imagine our boys all over us because we smelled like chicken and veniso

Yep. I can't tell you how often I've pulled out a perfectly good looking Solid Gold Jerky square from the washer or dryer.

But, I don't redo the wash!

LOL Missy, the only thing I have ever washed is a un-used poop bag left in a pocket. Riley will not let you leave treats in your pocket, he makes sure you know you still have some left till they are all gone.

Heheheh too funny Missy! I've done this with the Peanut Butter Buddies, and it comes out looking like a miserably formed little lump of oatmeal in the pants pocket . When DH and I moved into our first apartment, twice he left a pack of sugar free gum in his pockets, which I now know to check before washing. It was a gross, sticky green mess all inside the dryer. I had to scrape it out, so I learned my lesson about monitoring pockets for errant gum or treats!

Glad to know that next time I don't have to rewash!!! because I am sure there will be a next time. LOL The scariest thing I ever found washed was a bic lighter. I don't know but some how I imagined that blowing up... good thing I found it in the washer before it went into the dryer.

I can't say I've ever found treats in the washer or dryer, but that sounds a heck of a lot better than the time I found a chicken hot dog in a baggie in a suit pocket - weeks after the dog show. Talk about foul! Thank goodness it was sealed, but I almost donated the suit anyway. Nasty.
