Kicked out of Bed

No, Dana did not finally come to her senses and kick me to the curb; however, she did accidentally kick our puppy off the bed and on to the floor.

Gibbs likes to curl up to our feet at night, and Dana rolled over in her sleep and sent our puppy sailing 33 inches to the floor. He was OK and didn't yelp, cry, whine or limp afterward, so he fared much better than Dana, who was so guilt ridden, she didn't sleep afterward.

I'm surprised I haven't done that yet, we have the two dogs and two cats that sleep with us. Oh wait I know why I haven't kicked anyone out of bed because I never really get to sleep between cover hogs, snoring and digging I'm glad Gibbs was okay. Do you have carpeting? We have hardwoods so that might really hurt.

That is interesting in that Gibbs like to locate himself by the feet.
Henry sleeps up by my head so I never had to worry. Glad everyone is a-okay.

Nickie is only on beds if put there and watched very carefully. He doesn't quite get the concept of edges or else isn't concerned about falling. Most of our floors are tiled and that would hurt.

Who knows, a few more nights like last night and Gibbs may rethink his sleeping arrangements.

POOR GIBBS!!! Tell him if he's feeling abused, Kodi would love a little brother! We never kick dogs off the bed here.

Glad Gibbs is OK.
Ginger sleeps most of the night at our feet, but there's a chest with a pillow top at the end of the bed. It's only about 6 inches lower than the bed, so no problem there. But she could go flying off the sides of the bed. Luckily that hasn't happened (yet)!
