crying over flossies?

I am puzzled and wonder if anyone has seen their furbaby get all whiney and whimpery with a new flossie or chew. I know that Moxie loves them, but he will cry with it hanging out of his mouth...???
Any clues?

OH my Gosh, Maryam..that looks exactly like Moxie!! It almost seems like he would like to bury it. He hides it and cries, such a sad sound!
Thanks.

Scooter does it too, I think he's just really excited! He does it with a little heart that we got free from PetFly's too.

Sophie cries and walks around with milk-bone type chews...but not with rawhides or flossies, definitely wierd.

It must be an only child thing. Mine try to draw the least amount of attention to each other until they suddenly decide only one of them is the good one But there is no crying with the bones.

My previous dog would do that with some treats. She would pace the house, hide the treat, then realize we knew where she'd put it, so she'd have to pace the house again, hide again....you get the idea. When I couldn't take it anymore I'd break the treat in half and she'd finally eat it.
