The Deed Is Done

Well we're home and let's say they were a little glad to see us! Vet sent us home without collars and to come back in if they bothered their stitches. Hmmmm....good thing I'd picked up the baby onesies because as soon as we let them out to potty it was chow down time on the stitches.

On went the onesies which stopped this right away. Actually not too bad to work with, unbutton the pants part, wrap around body and potty away. The only problem with the onesies is that they were NOT slowing down their desire to run and tackle So I sent DH back to the vet for the collars. Harley is taking his in stride while Seymour is looking as pathetic as possible. I like the collars because it slows them down but may alternate...we'll see how it goes.

Keeping them quiet for a few days will be interesting. Vet said regular routine but no racing around like wild bandits kung fooing each other. Ya, right......they are now in the ex-pen. More for my piece of mind right now

Awww poor pups! I can't imagine having to care for two getting neutered at once! Though it's probably best that one isn't healthy and getting on the others' case the whole time.

awwww they are the most adorable eunuchs I have ever seen! I can't imagine having two recovering at once either. But Lina is right at least they will have the same energy level. Give them gentle belly rubs from me.

I like the onesie idea! It was either that or the very stiff collar. Keep us posted on the progress of you Havs after surgery. I love the onesie on the Hav!

Awww...poor little guys. They look so sad!
They'll feel much better soon.
You should give them an extra treat for being such good boys.

Pat,
The guys look great--and sound like they are doing well after their neuters. Before long it'll be back to the crazy fun!

That last shot is too funny! The poor babies, I shouldn't be laughing but they're just so pitiful!

I think it's so cute to see Havs in their onsies. You need to give them an extra treat just for cuteness! lol
