Nervous wreck!

WEll the girls go in the morning to get fixed. I so wish we had done this when they were younger. Not that I would have been any less nervous. The vet will keep them over night. Of course I'm not happy about that at all.
I know they do this everyday, but these are my babies. Besides worrying is what a do best. LOL

Wishing you the best and hope they have a speedy recovery.

I know it's scary but they will do fine just keep yourself busy tomorrow.

Wishing all of you the best.
I was the same way, but besides Pixie being "crocked" when I picked her up, the next day you won't even know they had any surgery. I couldn't believe how she was not only up and about, but bounding around (as usual).

Why is the vet keeping them overnight? Is that normal with spaying? I think I was able to pick up my female lab the same day. Oh well, at least they can keep each other company and be "drunk" together! They will be home before you know it . . . hugs to you and them both.

Thank you all for understanding. I know it is silly but they are just the world to me. I just spoke with the vet and they are doing well. They will be removing the IV soon and offering some food in a couple of hours. I'm not sure why this vet keeps them over night. I think he likes to make sure there are no ill side effects from anything. They will be home tomorrow. Hooray. It is going to be a very strange and lonely night here without them. Even the cats are looking for them. LOL

Oh they just turned this past Christmas.
Again thank you all.

Luna, glad it all went well. Make sure to ask, if there's going to be someone at the office 24 hours to watch the dogs. If not, you might as well bring them home!
