How long does it take?

for your Hav to go to sleep in your bed, that is.

15-30 seconds. He used to get on my nerves a little bit when being allowed on the bed was new and exciting, but now he just wants to lay down and snooze.

After Rick washes their faces they are both asleep in a matter of seconds.
We love having Max and Bess sleep with us.

Sometimes Pepper is asleep before I even make it into the bed! If he's feeling a bit frisky he'll wrestle with April for a few minutes until I turn out the light. Then they both settle down and go right to sleep.

Brady lays right down and goes to sleep. Dugan on the other hand is a little more restless. He gets on and off the bed a few times and brings a bone or two back with im to bed to chew for a little while before going to sleep. After about 10 minutes or so, he usually settles in and goes to sleep. He has only been in the bed for a few weeks, so it is still new to him.

If Jackson's really tired, he'll fall asleep quickly while we are reading or watching TV, but always gets back up once the light is out and ends up hanging over my face panting (like, "I'm hot and this bed is high, and I want you to pick me up and put me down"), although he is very capable of jumping down himself. I think the comforter is too hot for him, and he's too tired to jump down.

Tucker usually cleans his paws for a couple of minutes, then snuggles up, and he's out!

Abby's usually already up in the bed while I'm brushing my teeth and waiting for me to hurry up and get in bed! She goes to sleep right away and acts disgusted with me if I toss and turn....lol

We play 5 minutes of the obligatory nightly "pounce game", then Maddie is fast asleep. http://havaneseforum.com/showthread....t=great+pounce
