Buttercomb recommendations?

Greetings, I'm trying to determine which Buttercombs to buy. I know I want at least one of the 4-1/2 inch all coarse combs; does 8 per inch spacing sound ok?

Has anyone had experience with the #011 NTS Staggered Tooth Buttercomb? It sounds pretty magical, but I guess it should for $50.

My dog is tiny and I find the 7-1/2 inch combs a bit cumbersome.

Thanks!

Here are my "go to" combs and brush for Mae and Tim and I couldn't do without them. I just use the #000 on Tim. The tail comb is great for line combing since you can part with the tail end and it also works great for top knots. With Mae I start out with the wood pin brush then the course side of the #000 comb but my workhorse for Mae, who I still haven't cut, is the tail comb. I started using the Coat Handler spray recently and I LOVE IT!!! I also recommend Ice on Ice spray which I think works better on the tougher spots. So I do a really thorough line comb out, 45 mins worth, every other day and then a quick comb out with attention to her hot spots every other and this schedule has been working out great.

#008 Tail Comb Buttercomb All Fine
All fine tail comb, 7" long spine, 3" comb part with 4" tail, 3/4" teeth length with teeth spaced at 16 per inch
#008 7" Fine Tail Comb $32.00

#000 Buttercomb 7 1/2" Fine/Coarse
Fine/Coarse teeth, 7 1/2" long spine, 1 1/16" teeth length, teeth spaced 11 per inch, other half 8 per inch
#000 7-1/2" Fine/Coarse $32.00

20mm Large Wood Pin Brush
8 1/2" body length 100% Static free, gentle detangling, prevents hair breakage and excellent for those pets who do not tolerate being brushed!
#A040 Large Wood Pin Brush $35.00

I also have the #000 buttercomb. I like it but it is a bit long for my little girl. My favorite comb is a staggered tooth one I got from Petco or Petsmart. It has a nice comfortable handle and works great.

I ordered the #011 NTS Staggered Tooth Buttercomb.

Description:
6" Ultra Thick spine. Knock out those Knots! It's not just a comb . . . it's a coat saver!
6" long spine, 1 1/4" teeth that are staggered front to back at 1/8" interval.

Will let you know if it's all it's cracked up to be.

I used the #011 NTS Staggered Tooth Buttercomb a lot when Canela and Vino had long hair. Don’t be surprise with the weight of the staggered comb; heavier then any comb I ever used. The 005 weighs about 2.45 oz while the 011 weighs 7.50oz.

Right now, with the short cuts my go-to combs are:

#005 Buttercomb 7 1/2" Long Tooth Fine/Coarse

#008 Tail Comb Buttercomb All Fine – I use this one for their tails, face, and ears. Really works on parting Canela’s hair for different hair styles: top knots, pig tails, side tail, braids …..

#013 Cat/Carding Buttercomb – I use this one after use the 005 comb, it catches the loose hair to prevent the little mats from forming and helps esp with blowing coat phase.

The other two brushes I LOVE when they had longer hair is the 27mm Oblong Pin Brush to dry them off and follow up with the the Small Wood Pin Brush.
