Moxie's Spring Break: Muy Bueno!!!

Just wanted to report how well we did in Mexico with Moxie. He did make history of his canvas kennel on the day we left him too long in the hotel room while we toured the Mayan ruins ....chewed his way out of the mesh - a small price to pay for having seen Chichen Itza. We worked it out the rest of the time with smaller intervals alone in the room and some bagtime. Luckily he trained well to his bag from day one and even likes to rest there when he is tired as long as he can sniff us out nearby.
My number one tip for new pup owners is to get them used to bagtime right away. It will enable you to take them with you so much easier.
The hotel was very gracious and accommodating to him, even supplied a bed and supplies.

Senor Moxie, you look muy guapo ! It's great to hear he adjusted so well. Mine would not be very happy, I don't think.

Love the mini Sombrero! Glad he did so well. Jackson doesn't much like to travel for very long . . . he's a homebody.

Would love to see some photos of your trip! I was an art major and took a Pre-Columbia course that was my absolute favorite. Always wanted to see Macchu Picchu, Chichén Itzá, Palenque and Teotihuacán. So far the only one I have ever seen is the last one.

Moxie is so cute in his sombrero! Looks like you had a great time. I can't believe he chewed through his kennel.
