I took Prince to the new vet on 8/19 for his red gums, bad breathe and soft stool, ( he's teething, no medication needed for the gums and no parasite or bacteria was found according to the double stools sample test) and I also brought the "Canine Orthopedic Exam Report" from the insurance company, (in order to cut short the waiting period), and requested the vet if she can give Prince an exam and filled the form. She said she's not familiar with the form and will have to call the insurance company and will get back to me on the next day.
I called the vet office on 9/2 early morning and asked for the answer... they couldn't tell because no one really taken care of the issue, and promised will call right after talking to the vet.
9/3 at 5:30pm, I went to the vet office , and again, they couldn't located the form.
9/4 at 2:25pm, the office manager called and told me they got the form, and have me to pick it back up, because the vet didn't do any exam, and CANNOT fill in , and because this kind of exam is really different from the regular physical exam, they need to take apply anesthesia and take some x-rays.
I told her that the form is pretty simple, and did mention NO XRAYS NEEDED, she kept talking about the vet didn't exam my pup.... The point is...we're at her office while I'm making a request for an orthopedic exam and fill the form, and the vet just didn't want to do it. Maybe she want to charge again for the office visit.
I told them it's fine, but I just don't want to drive back to their office and they agreed to mail the form back to me.
I felt so bad about their irresponsible
, for wasting my time (more than 2 weeks)
