Snoozer Lookout Car Seats and "The Perch"

Hello,

I know many of you have the lookout car seat and I wanted to get your opinions on 1) how does it work with two havs and 2) will it fit on a coupe/bucket seat? I was also looking a the perch, but I wasn't sure from the pictures how you secure the haves to it? Does it have harness straps?

I was hoping to get one by the N Georgia playdate, but even if it doesn't get here in time, it will be good to have.

Thanks!
Hope

Hope-I'm looking at the FidoRido. Check out www.fidorido.com and you'll see the one for 2 small dogs. It shows it buckled into a bucket seat and there are straps to connect your dog's harness. It's less than $100 and looks easy to use. I worry driving with both of them in the car! I used to use a car harness that buckled into the seat belt but I don't think I can hook them both to that. Let me know what you think of the FidoRido.

Thanks Ann! I ordered one. Both Cuba and Isabel (Isabel especially) like to roam in the car. Cuba has gotten better about staying in the seat now that he is older, but both like to try to get into my lap and since I have a small car, it is easy for them to do. IF it doesn't work, I can always return it.

If it doesn't come in time, I found two adjustable webbing straps that we sell at work. I figure I could loop them around the seat belt and attach both ends to the harness and the would be secure.

Thanks again!

I am horrible with the camera. Whenever I think it would be the perfect time to take a picture, the battery is dead. Anyway, here are some I took while they were hanging out with me in the study. Keep in mind, Isabel is less than half the size of Cuba. She has some pretty bad staining, but I was hoping it would clear up as she gets older. It definitely got worse when she started teething.

Cuba and Isabel are adorable! On a side note, does Isabel seem to do okay on her food or does she have soft stools, etc? Marble used to have really bad tear staining, but it is almost completely gone after he started eating a hypoallergenic diet the vet prescribed.

Hope, Your furbabies are darling. My Murphy has terrible eye staining as well. I have been considering tylan to try to get it under control.

I haven't tried too much with Isabel yet. Cuba used to have some staining, but it went away as he got older. I have them eating a combo of Evo and Solid Gold now. Evo by itself did give her runny stools but she has been doing well on the combo except when I mess up like I did yesterday by giving her a little chicken. She definitely has a more sensitive tummy.

What is Tylan?

Thanks for the rec. My problem is I have a two door coupe with deep bucket seats. I think the FidoRido will work because the pictures show it in the long way. Although the Company of Dog seat looks nice (definitely softer), it is more of a square. I could never get it in the coupe. :-(
