Traveling in our National Parks

We're planning a spring vaca and want to take Pepper along. Thought a national park visit would be fun, so contacted Glacier NP in Montana to see about pet friendly rooms. Not only are there none, they don't even along dogs on leash on the trails! Evidently some of the parks won't even let you in if you have a dog in the car.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Are there any dog friendly (large) parks in the Northwest? We want to enjoy the outdoors, but not without our furball.

Laura- definitely check the details. We took the dogs about a year and a half to Arches National and it was listed as pet friendly. They took our money but the rule is no dogs on any of the trails- so basically you can view from your car. This is where a stroller can come in handy

Thinking of adding a Neezer, check out this thread!
