Parvo B- is this a new strain???
My poor sister in laws 2 year old female schnauzer just died yesterday from being infected from Parvo B virus. She is devestated.Vet said it was a new strain of Parvo in our area. Now I am totally freaked out. Izzo was never around her dog but it worries me b/c her dog was UTD on vaccines. Can anyone shed some light? Makes me want to keep my pups in a glass bubble.

I'm so sorry for your sister in law's loss. How awful to do everything right and still lose a beloved dog to parvo. It's scary if it is indeed a new strain.
