First trip to the Mountain

But not the last I'm sure. Sophie loved everything about it, the wind, sniffing the grate in the road, posing on the rocks, running pell mell like an idiot and saying hi to everyone we came across

Beautiful Dee Dee, reminds me of our home here in Canada. We are close to Banff.

Wonderful pictures!!! Sophie looks like she is taking in all the nature around her. You are a great photographer DeeDee! Banff is one of my favorite places. The lakes and mountains are beautiful! Great place for photos...Scout is Canadian!

Dee Dee - great photos of Sophie! Where are you at; the Cascades? I took Emmie on a wonderful camping trip near Leavenworth last month and she had so much fun hiking in the mountains and swimming in the creeks. Love summer camping with my adventurous Hav!

This is Mt Rainier. We are about 1.5 hours away. Leavenworth is a wonderful town. I went there with my Hallie I will have to put that on Sophie's bucket list too. Emmie is sooo precious I can imagine the fun you have with her!!

I love, love, LOVE Rainier! I thought dogs weren't allowed in the park, though?

As usual, beautiful pictures! I haven't been to Mt. Rainier in ages. We used to picnic there when I was little. Last time I was there my husband and I hiked up to Camp Muir. We thought we were in shape! Ha! Ha! The elevation really did a number on us!
