New toys for Teddy

Hi Everyone,

Teddy came home this week after being with my mom for almost a month!
he had a fabulous time living with other dogs in a huge garden and getting spoilt rotten...

He came home very happy and with all his toys shred to pieces!
The dogs seemed to have had a good time playing tug together!

anyway, I'm planning to buy him some new toys to keep him entertained.
My only option is Ebay who deliver here and have a lot more options than pet shops out here.

Anyone have any recommendations for good toys that your dogs seem to like?

I was thinking of one of those plush toys that make squeeky noises. I saw some in the pet section of Ebay. They're only sold by Chinese companies so am not too sure if they would be a safe toy for the dog.
Anyone bought any of these?

Molly's favorite toy is a plush squirrel with a squeaker in it. She loves to bite down and make it squeak over and over. She does not rip open her toys and take the stuffing out so it is safe for her. My last dog would rip open stuffed toys within minutes of giving them to her. I would have to remove the squeaker and stuffing, sew it back up, then return it to her. Now they make plush toys that have no stuffing. If your dog rips apart toys I would go with that instead.
Molly also enjoys her squeaky toys made out of latex (rubber). They are easy to throw for a game of fetch. They also are very durable.

Scout and Truffles have lots of plush squeaky toys. Their favorite is Lamb Chop and they have different sizes of it. Truffles also loves her little lime green latex squeaky bone. She carries it around in her mouth growling when we come home. Our house looks like a toy store.

Willow loves a plain, old plastic beverage bottle. You can buy toy holders for bottles. They are plush and have a velcro opening where you can insert a bottle. I got mine from Amazon. Don't know if Ebay has any. She likes any toy that squeaks. The louder, the better! She also likes a woven rope toy. She has one that is a frog with a rope body. There is a squeaker in the head. She loves that one. She also has a squirrel with no stuffing. That is also a favorite. Then there is the penguin that has a stuffing that sounds like cellophane paper all scrunched up. That also has a squeaker in it. That's another favorite.

These exactly are Zeke's favorites. Those and a flirt pole or whatever you call that pole with a flag on a string you can swing around for them to chase, he loves that too.

Wow! That's a lot of toy varieties.
We barely get anything here!! Just a cloth frisbe and some coloured plastic bones that Teddy didn't like.

Takes about 2 -3 months for delivery by EBay (or to know that the package has "disappeared" in post). No Amazon option. They don't post here.

In that case, sounds like the plush squeeky toy would be ok for Teddy.
Squeeky toy seems really popular!

Zeke, any idea what that pole toy is called? Am sure Teddy would love that too. He loves teddy bears and chasing anything he can chase.

Thanks so much for your toy ideas!
Hopefully Teddy will get to have some awesome toys too.

They both like their braided rope to carry around and chew.

It's called a flirt pole and is made by squishy face. I just did a search on eBay and they have lots of options there. I have the smaller size so we can use it indoors. I don't know how to share an ebay search result on here, so do a search on something like: Squishy Face Studio 24-Inch Flirt Pole V2

It looks like the makers (squishy face studio) is an actual seller on eBay as "squishyfacestudio"

I have A LOT of toys. Tim isn't a big toy fan but likes the stuffed squeaky furry toys that he can fit in his mouth. Mae is my toy expert. She LOVES these toys and plays with the all the time. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Zanies-6-Pac...item58c5d7c7be
