Baby tooth or Adult Teeth?
So we went into the vet about a month ago and my vet had told us that my baby, Sasha was getting her adult teeth. She was 4 months then, and now 5 months. Then, I started to notice larger fang teeth growing in. Today, we were playing a very low energy game of hide and go seek with her and when we emerged from the covers, she was chewing on something. So we investigated, when she dropped the item, it was one of her fang teeth. Is there a way of telling if it is an adult tooth or just a late baby tooth? There was miniscule amounts of blood, just right on the root of the tooth, but she will not allow me to open her mouth. But, I got a good look at it whilst she was chewing on a treat. Please help! Is this something I need to get looked at?
