I'm glad I got him in a class too. I'm sure he'll be better once he's used to going. He's always been a bit cautious, the breeder even said that. Most of his litter mates were crazy puppies! I have two cats and wanted a dog that wouldn't excessively berate the cats, and Timmy has fit in great. He bugs them, yes, but he's not excessively bothersome. She thought Timmy would be a good fit with our family, I have older daughters (12 & 15) and I'm home most of the day. He's a real love bug. He LOVES people, no fear what so ever. He was timid with new toys when we first got him, but now he's doing much better. His teacher said he definitely needs more socialization with other dogs, but to be very careful of who those dogs are until he's more comfortable with dogs in general. Some dogs might be sweet as can be and wouldn't hurt a fly, but their play could be frightening to some dogs especially if they are larger. He's met my neighbor's dogs when they're out walking, but I don't know any puppies so he's been a bit isolated.
