Kodi was, I think, 11 weeks. But anywhere between 8-12 weeks is in the "standard" range. Some people who are very serious about training want their puppy as early as possible, which means 8 weeks. Other people, especially first time pet-people whoa re buying from a good breeder who gives their puppies a great start in life (and potty training) might be better off leaving them with their breeder until they are closer to 12 weeks.
Puppies should never leave their mom and siblings before 8 weeks unless there is a serious health problem, but after that, as long as they are getting the proper socialization and training, the "exact" age is probably less important.
