Slobber Beard!

Austin is the most animated dog I have EVER had He never ceases to amaze me the way he "talks" to us and REQUIRES complete attention! Yesterday I grabbed him while I was showering as he was filthy and he usually sits there and yipes outside my door until I open it and pet him and give him "luvies"! Well this morn when I showered he peaked around the bathroom door and quietly yiped - but wouldn't come into the bathroom!! Think I corrected the bathroom yiping problem - make him think he is getting a bath each time and he runs!!

But my question is this - as he is so animated he constantly has his mouth open and his cute little crooked bottom teeth show ALOT - he seems to smile...but he is ALWAYS wet on his beard and of course that area is white so it stains real easy! Do any of your dogs "slobber" like that and are there any tricks to keeping the beard under the mouth from being stained? Maybe I should dye it black!!!

I use the crystal white by EZ groom. It works wonders. i only apply it to the stain. I have before and after pics on an older thread under grooming. It was called something like, great products for stains
