Blankets & Potty Training

Forgive me if this has been discusses already. I wasn't able to find anything in a search.

Piper has two blankets that she lays on. She's peed on both. Will washing them with regular laundry soap remove the urine smell enough that she won't smell it anymore? I don't want to lay them back down and just encourage her to use them as a toilet.

Good question... Unfortunately, I am not sure. Can you pre treat just the spots with Nature's Miracle or the equivalent? Maybe someone will chime in soon?

The washer will do a good job. We add a little white vinegar, or bleach. All our puppy bedding can handle a little bleach. Not as much as you would put in with white clothes.
