Beautiful Noise

We have whining and bell ringing!!! (for potty signaling) I've been feeling like Mae has trained me to take her out so today I decided to devote to watching like a hawk and seeing what she would do if I didn't take her out on schedule. She actually does go to the door when she has to go, but I never let her really signal, I just run over and take her out, but today... JACKPOT! She was so cute the first time she went to the door and I just stood there and I asked "Do you have to go potty?" and waited to see what would happen and she whined so out she went. Next time she went to the door same thing except she whined and rang the bell. For the rest of the day, no delay, she went to the door rang the bells and whined if I wasn't fast enough. I'm not saying we're home free but there's light at the end of the tunnel. I made Mae a coat today since I was hanging around, I'll get some pics of her modeling tomorrow. She's sleeping with Timmy in the neutral dog bed I have by the couch, so cute.

That's great. It must have been music to your ears, Jenny. WTG Mae. You are definitely one smart puppy and lucky to have such a nice big brother to help teach you.

I think the tunnel is very short in your house. That was quick, congrats!

Thanks everyone, I was so excited! When I told my kids they were like, oh that's nice (duh). I remember Timmy being really easy to house train too, it just seems to click. She does still use her patch in her expen, especially yesterday when it was cold, snowy and sleeting, I have been making a bigger deal when she uses her patch since I'd love to have another option and I blew it with Tim.
