Todd meets...the CATS!

So, the cats have been slowly warming up to Todd since he came home Saturday but this evening we had a major break through.
It's called "Wildside Salmon"... lol
Here's one of Todd and my kitty Diesel sharing a meal...I NEVER thought that we'd see this happen

My Ragdoll Tucker was there too but he kept turning away from the camera...I got a nice butt shot of him but I didn't think anyone would want to see that..lol

What a great picture of Todd and your kitty! It is wonderful that they are adjusting so quickly. My two ragdolls moved to the basement for a month when Brady came home. Your animals are all beautiful!

I'm shocked that they are doing as well as they are.
Tucker hid in my bedroom for the first couple of days and I thought that he'd keep it up for awhile...he hates change.
A few days later and now they are playing Tag around the cat tree...it's amazing.

Oh how I wish I could have the same happy scene! My cat, Boopie, hates, hates, hates Casey, who is getting more and more agressive in her efforts to 'play' with the cat. It is high drama whenever they meet. Hissing, growling, swatting....kinda scary.

How sad
I'm sorry to hear that your cat's not adjusting well to your puppy.
That was my greatest fear when we brought Todd Home.
I think that the turning point for my guy's relationship was when I was clicker training Todd.
The cats had started clicker training before he came home and so they knew that the sound meant treats...when they heard the clicker they came to investigate and slowly got closer and closer until they were part of the action (and the treats..lol)
After that they decided that he wasn't so scary and now they groom him and play with him all of the time.
My Ragdoll, Tucker, has actually become more social since Todd came home. I think that he's enjoying having a buddy to romp around with.

Oh how cute. I've somehow missed the thread about Todd - he's adorable - what's his breed? MeMe and Buddy mercilessly chase my poor old alley cat. I feel so bad for him that I've taken to using the squirt bottle on them.
