My pup, seems too thin?

Ok, so Pele' went to the vet this morning. The vet says everything looks great. I asked about his weight, because I think he feels thin to me. There is not meat on him at all. Anyway, she said that his weight is appropriate for his age. She said she wasn't concerned, but if I wanted to feed him a little more that would be ok. Pele' at 8 weeks was 2.4 lbs, at 12 weeks he was 3.7 lbs, and today at 16 weeks is 4.4lbs. What do you guys think?

It's hard to tell, I think, without meeting the puppy. Can you just feel his ribs or are they really pronounced? To tell the difference, run your fingers over the knuckles of the other hand when in a fist. See how you can feel each individual knucle? If the ribs feels like that, Pele' is underweight.

Yes, I do think that his ribs feel like that. Ok, I'm glad I asked. I'm definitely increasing his food!!!
