I broke down and ordered the angel eyes today...even though she looks cute tear stains and all...best deal I found on it was on Amazon.
I took this of her last night when she wasn't feeling that great because of the parsley...lol...she is much better today!

I don't know if it's still on their website but Angel Eyes used to give a warning saying that your dog's bile acid (liver function test) can come back increased while taking it. I think I'd ask my vet why that is.

Awww...she is SO cute...she looks like a little teddy bear! We struggle with tear staining too. It appears to be lessening as Miley gets older. But let us know what you think of the Angel Eyes!

How old is Miley?
I'm hoping one use of angel eyes is all we need. A few people said they only had to use it once, and haven't had to again, and many people said they used half the dose and saw perfect results. I wont use it forever...
Maybe once her hair gets longer it will be better...the breeder kept it short, which i have read can actually cause more problems with tearing then having it long like it should be...

Karla,
I've been using Angel eyes with Quincy on and off for quite awhile. I'm not sure where someone had told you that you only need to use it once and it'll clear it up.....but in my experience, that is not the case. Maybe you will have better luck then most people and I don't want to dash your dreams and high expectations either--but reality is---it'll take more like a month or two or three. I'm hoping you'll have the most success with it!

Karla, I had to use it (as directed) for about 6 months, but I've NEVER used it since, Seamus had No problems with it and it has been almost a year since I've used it!

I used it for about two months, but haven't needed it for his eyes since I've kept on top of keeping them clean every morning since. (But, the hair on his face has a lot of gray, too.) However, his hair around his mouth could use it again, but I don't want to do it again, yet, anyway, because of it's being low-dose antibiotics.

I didn't mean one dose, I meant use it for one 3 month period, then wean them off. Not every day forever. I do think she needs it, as the red stains are spreading...mouth, and even a tiny bit of read hair near her ears...so I think we need to get the red yeast under control. I just hope I find, like the others above, it is used for a short term, then not needed again or not needed again for a long time.
