New Experiences

Dexter saw his first smoke floating in the air. He did not know what to think of it. Dexter was little anxious and afraid, he watched and backed up while he was watching. (It was smoke was a grill). I stayed strong and quiet while Dexter watched, after a few minutes, Dexter was fine.

Dexter heard his first piano playing the other day. Dexter was looking and turning his head while listening to the piano. He was quite interested in where the sound was coming from and that lasted a few minutes.

He loves LEAVES! Grabs them and breaks them to pieces!

Loves SHOE laces on our shoes, we are trying to break this habit. You know big feet around little guys and hurt when stepped on.

Have you taken him to a playground with kids yet? That is a fun new experience.
Gracie was a little freaked out when I first started taking her to my girls school...now she barks up a storm if she thinks I'm leaving without her...lol

Dexter has been around children, 18 wheelers, lawn edgers, rooster noises, lawn blowers, Walmart (inside), firecracker noises, and lots more. I need to go to a playground with lots of kids though.

Still working on pictures. I need to get a hold of my camera and see what I can do with it, it may be next week though.

New thing today. Grabbing a toilet paper roll with lots of paper on it (Mom keeps her tissue on a little foot stool).

I used the bathtub while at Mom's house while I was in the bathroom to keep Dexter out of trouble. Dexter did not like being in the tub by himself.

I cannot believe how much this pup loves paper!

They say that is one test to figure out if the dog in the shelter is a Hav...does he shred paper? It's apparently in the genes! ;D

Alec got an RC helicopter for Christmas. Gryff was really flipping out having a helicopter zooming around our living room!

As soon as my hubby gets (my hubby's new toy) together.....A remote car for the puppy, yea right,

I thought about putting a extra hood ornament on top of the little car so Dexter would chase the remote car. The car is bigger than Dexter!

Men and their toys! My dh can finally rationalize getting a car remote, ......so, he can play with Dexter! The car is quiet with just a humming noise, so that will be

I think I'm a bit guilty of that... gee, honey, I really need that digital SLR to take better puppy pictures. And I have to have that camcorder with the great lens to make clearer videos of the babies. So far it's working!
