Chico losing his manhood today.

I am sure he is fine but Simone isn't. She went into a real decline after Maggie died last summer and had to go on anti anxiety medication. She is acting the same way right now and I feel so bad for her. She is walking around with her tail down, not letting me out of her sight. She is also sitting on the back of the couch waiting for Chico. She did this for two weeks after Maggie died. I can hardly wait for five o'clock to get Chico. Simone loves him so much.

Hope all goes well for Chico and that Simone will cheer up. It's so hard to lose a friend.

Awww-poor girl. She'll be very relieved when you pick up her buddy and bring him home. She can "mother" him back to health. He'll be fine-wait until you see him tomorrow morning-like nothing ever happened!! Pixie was bouncing around like crazy the next day after her spay. He's just going to be really out of it tonight though.

Chico is home and no worse for wear. He is acting like nothing happened and Simone is relieved. Simone has quit licking the air, a behaviour she does to calm herself and is sniffing Chico. He smells different I imagine. Chico has lost no babyteeth although they are loose. He also has a small overbite that the vet doesn't think will cause any problems. One of his littermates had an overbite so bad it was comical. I will let the breeder know. I have to say as much as I love poodles that Chico is a tough sturdy little dog in mind as well as body.

Glad Chico is home and well, and that Simone can relax.

I hope they both rested well last night, and you too!

Poor Simone. I'm sure she'll be happy to see him, and I hope he feels better quickly. We need pics.
