That two puppies can eat 20 powdered doughnuts with no ill effects?:frusty:
I went to work yesterday and came home to quite the mess. The puppies (Paige and Mr. No New Name Yet who goes home on Sunday-that should have been crated..note to self....) got into my pantry- Yes the pantry that has a magnetic lock on it to specificly keep puppies OUT-
I found on the floor the box to powdered mini doughnuts. One package was eaten by us earlier in the week, which left 5 packages in the box. Nope. Allllllll gone.....
I found all the wrappers~ just no doughnuts. And they were starting to work on hubby's choco chip cookie package.....
And yet this morning they are running, jumping, playing like nothing ever happened. :croc:
PICTURES!!!! we need pictures!!! well one thing you can add to the list of attributes to "Mr. no new name yet" is an iron stomach. you would think they would have had the sugar crash already. Did they have powdered sugar all over there little snouts?
Let's see.... Doc chews a hole in the couch, Tika chews a pen on the carpet, Paige and little Mr. No Name have a donut picnic, anything I missed? Guess we can blame the full moon, eh? ound:
Well if you want to add to the list, Bailey is a little devil. He ripped and ate a whole chunk of wallpaper off the bottom of the wall at the entrance to the kitchen and he chewed through a woven basket that has been sitting on the bottom shelf of a little table I have in my entry foyer. Unfortunately, on top of that box was a metal urn filled with pine cones. The whole magila wound up tumbling down the stairs, contents everywhere. First time I've had to scream in a week or two.
Each one has their little shticks. Good think I love them . . . or POW!
Oh no, it would have to be powdered donuts. Was there white powder everywhere? I'm glad they've suffered no ill effects. I wonder if you'll be cleaning some puppy bums later though.......
Yikes!! Good thing it didn't seem to make the pups sick. I can just imagine them with white "powder" on their snouts. Hmmmmmm........ :suspicious: Snorting pups, eh? ound:
20 doughnuts and no ill effects equals two happy puppies with really strong constitution. Wish I could eat 20 doughnuts with without any consequences!!!
mmmm....powdered donuts...(insert homer Simpson drool) if that was my little no name I'd know what I'd be naming him. Oh he was a lovey wish he were coming to minnesota!
Little stinkers sometimes, aren't they..... once Roxie ate most of a package of oreos that my son left out on the coffee table. Let me just say they didn't look that much different coming out than they did going in!
Ann "donut" is perfect. Katie you have to tell the new owner the story and see if she will call him that. I'm still waiting for the pictures. What was poor Mouse doing while those two were getting their sugar high>
I was too busy cleaning up the huge mess and didn't even think to take pics, sorry!
I will def tell his new owner the story~ don't know that they will like the name "Donut" but I will suggest it! (they have two teenage boys so Donut might not be "cool" enough)
And Miss Mouse was in her x-pen, which is where she has to be unless she is sitting on my lap!:biggrin1:
LOL, I can totally picture the scene when you came home, little rug rats! ound:
How mischievious they are, how did they figure out the pantry magnet and that there was food in their worth eating?
Hope they dont give you any poopy butts.
