Hey all!!! Last night after my hubby and I came home from dinner he deided to make some cookies for the girls...he used oatmeal, canned pumkin and I am not sure what else???? So they were really lovin it....we are going to try and make some more other kind as well....but I had a question on how to make the cookie hard....these are soft but they really love them...I am getting ready to work with Jillee here in a minute with them. They love there daddy....it was cute I waled into the kitchen and there Ginger and my hubby were standing in front of the oven just waiting....I kept hearing there paws on the linolium going back and forth just waiting to taste test....too cute!!! Love my hubby...I thought of a name for them Hava-Treats!!!! Ya never know may bring millions of dollars and more havs....dreaming I will wake up now!!!!!!!:biggrin1:
When I make cookies for Molly, I just leave them in the oven for a few extra minutes until they brown at the edges. I use a Silpat baking sheet, so they don't burn, but it crisps the cookies up, and gives them the crunch that Molly likes.
(I also notice that if the cookies aren't crunchy that Molly's stools are looser).
Molly's favorites are the pumpkin cookies and the peanut butter ones!
We are going to try and make some that have some vitamins or something that is healthy for them...we shall see how this works....any tips???
