Boo loved his holidays. He was born on a chilly Halloween night in Texas and died on a sunny St. Patrick’s Day in California. I guess he really did follow the leprechaun over the rainbow. Though I miss him greatly, I hope he is having lots of adventures now. Pic is last groom in late February

Oh, Boo’s Dad… I am SOOOO sorry to hear that Boo has passed. He had a wonderful life, and couldn’t possibly have had a more loving, caring dad. I know it in no way lessens your pain at this time, but I do hope that it does give you some comfort, along with all the many good memories you have made with him.

He was already an old man when the two of you came to the forum, but he fast became the forum mascost. I know everyone here loved him, and I suspect there won’t be a dry eye reading this post.

He went out with the same style he always live with. Choosing to follow the Leprachaun over the Rainbow Bridge today. We will all miss him terribly! 😢 ❤

You gave Boo the best life a dog can possibly have. Over two decades of fun, adventures, travels, memories and most of all immense love. Boo is an inspiration—I can only hope my havanese can have as full and long a life as Boo had.

Boo’s dad is an inspiration as well—the tireless amount of care and dedication you went to in order to make sure Boo was so well-taken care of and comfortable and happy in his senior years was awe-inspiring. Your love for him was so apparent and really shone through as we all read about Boo’s daily life.

Boo will be missed but never forgotten. He is playing puzzle games and eating cookies over the rainbow bridge

We had some weird coincidences the day before Coco passed. He came into my youngest son's room (they were super close) and begged to be picked up and didn't want to be put down. Later, he did that with me also. That is something he had never once done before.
My wife and son both noticed that Coco had an uncanny ability to predict when I would be getting home, and would often go to the garage door moments before I arrived, no matter what time it was.
Maybe I am just a sentimental old fool, but there is something special about the bond we have with our dogs.
I will have a White Claw lime seltzer later tonight in honor of Boo.

Lots of pics of him at various stages of life would be great. Do you have any puppy pics? Our kids set up a little memorial with lots of pictures and his favorite toys. Very cool.
I have a handful of puppy pictures. I might have posted some in the past. However, when I am feeling better, I will post them.

So very sorry to hear about the loss of sweet Boo. While many only get to dream of having their dogs around until age 20+, no amount of time is ever long enough with them. You gave him the best life a dog could have hoped for, and both of you are an inspiration to so many here! Thinking of you, and hoping that you find comfort in your wonderful memories together. We will toast him tonight! Boo, we’ll miss you sweet boy!

We're so very sorry to hear your buddy is gone, Boo had the best dog father any guy could hope for. My eyes are teary as we say goodbye to the forum mascot. I've talked about you and Boo to countless people who were also impressed and knew only a fantastic man could bring the life you did to your little guy. We want to head to Montery later this summer or in the fall. I love ice cream so will be thinking of Boo when we stop for some.
We're ready for dessert so I'm eating chocolate chip mint in Boo's honor. The dogs are having a couple bites of kale since they love their veggies. I'm doing my best to follow in your footsteps for our girls. Boo was an amazing dog with an incredible Dad.
