The heart of the Canine Good Citizen Program is the 10-step CGC test. However, the CGC Program is actually a two-part program. It teaches 1) responsible dog ownership to owners and 2) basic training and good manners to dogs. the ten items on the cgc test are: Accepting a Friendly Stranger, Sit Politely for Petting, Appearance & Grooming, Out for a Walk, Walking through a Crowd, Sit/Down/Stay in Place, Coming when Called, Reaction to Another Dog, Reaction to Distraction & Supervised Separation.

A wonderful meeting spot is in the works. Stay tuned for further announcements.
