We just purchased a Havapoo, however, she doesn't look like any Havapoo mixes I've seen. Any ideas?

Thank you for your input.Well, a ”havapoo” is a mixed breed dog, so there is no real “breed standard, since it’s not a breed. But since neither breed would have erect ears like that, and the coat does not look like either a Havanese or Poodle coat, I suspect there is some other breed in the mix as well. However, she is a cutie! Enjoy her!
You really can’t tell by looking at her. This is a case for a DNA test if it is important to you to know. If I had to make a GUESS based on her head shape, and the erect ears, I’d guess she had Papillon in her. No idea what else.Thank you for your input.
We are definately enjoying her! We purchased her from a store and paid quite a bit for a Havapoo. I'd just like to know what breeds she is.
She is SO cute, whatever she is! If you really want to know, you could do a DNA test. However, you might want to know the pet store’s policy first and what your goal of testing is… Even some reputable breeders with ‘health guarantees’ would take a puppy back if there was a health issue, but most owners wouldn’t want to part with a puppy that they already love dearly. I definitely would think a pet store selling puppy mill dogs is unlikely to give you an any kind of refund and keep the dog. You may still want to do the test, but it could just be frustrating if you learn they lied and have no recourse!Thank you for your input.

I did the Wisdom Panel test when I did it. Looks like they're going for around $80 to $100 on Amazon now. There are multiple others that vary in price and test for different genetic traits as well now. It's been several years since I did it and haven't researched the different tests that are available now.Any idea what DNA testing costs?
