Oh, and I will add that despite the multiple surgeries spread out through the last few years, my rate only increased once and that was this year. The amount was very small- just a few dollars. With everything else increasing in price, I'm not at all surprised that the rate went up a little and am just grateful that they didn't start hiking up the price as soon as they started having to pay for surgeries.
