ARCHMX Starborn Kodak Moment CGC, NTD, BN, PCD, NA, NAJ, CDX-CCH, RE, RLV, RL1X3, RL2X4, RL3X3... April 30 2009 - May 9, 2023

Kodi, my first dog. My very special boy. My "Flying Swiffer". The little dog who tried everything for me and went everywhere with us, introducing me to the world of dog sports when the world was looking pretty dim after having to give up horse sports.

He climbed mountains, waded through streams, went kayaking and snowshoeing. He was best friends with a German Shepherd, but never knew a (friendly) dog or person that he DIDN'T like!

He was so good with puppies that until he got older (and a little grumpy) that he was asked to play with small breed puppies in puppy classes who had no playmates their own size. He was good with little kids, and was wonderful with elderly people in hospice.

Oh Karen, I’m so sorry to hear of Kodi’s passing. He was clearly the most amazing boy, who will live on in your heart forever. Sending my deepest condolences and wishes for good memories to help you through the terrible grief you must be feeling. 💔 we’ll miss you, sweet Kodi!

Karen I am so, so sorry to hear about Kodi. I'd like to do something in his memory, feel free to DM me (I am a pet portrait artist and memorial portraits are special to me.) He was a special dog, and will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him (in person and online!)

I’m so sorry. Loosing our babies is heartbreaking. You were all so lucky. He found his best spot to be in the world, and you were given an amazing gift. May the memories of all of the joy you brought one another bring you comfort.

I am so sorry for your family’s loss of Kodi. He was a bright light to everyone. He’s one of the reasons I have Maggie. Recently we added a new Havanese, Coco. Also from Starborn.

Such sad news. Kodi was a special boy and the bond the two of you had shows in those wonderful pictures. He had a great life and will no doubt live in your heart forever. Our furry companions are never with us long enough. Thank goodness you have those adorable puppies to help you through this incredibly painful time.
