My Havanese, Sasha, has chewed thru part of of Gooby Comfort-X step-in harness. At the moment, I'm using clear packaging tape to keep it together. Besides the Gooby Memory Foam Step-In harness in extra small (https://www.goobypet.com/collections/step-in-harness/products/memory-foam-step-in-harness) can anyone recommend another harness brand that will fit a Havanese. TIA

I once lost an expensive leather harness that way!!! I use the Blue9 Balance harness for Mia. I also have the Petsafe 3 in 1. Both are good.

I recommend their Roman harness, not their step-in. The 1/2” width is perfect for a Havi. Depending on size, either 9-14” or the 12-20”. I had the 9-14 when Ruffin was smaller, and bought the 12-20 when he grew. I believe they still have a chew-proof guarantee. Also, I recommend you take your time and try to fit the harness as well as possible. Not too tight, obviously, but if too big, it makes easy access for chewing, especially the chest area.
